OCR: TheDraw Tutorial 2: Page 2 Another animation technique I use is to pause so people can read text or something. Always try and leave MORE than enough time than you think you will need. Not everybody reads fast, and it often goes slightly faster on a BBS. Ways to pause include the "spinning cursor" :-, drawing something else large, changing the colors of the words, hitting ALT-J then choosing (M)ovement lets you move the cursor around the screen or words, etc. I'm sure you can think of your own other ways to pause. Since you can only save it one speed at a time, there are ways to make it seem like things move faster or slower than you need to. Take for example the red block at right. Notice it falls kind of fast. If you want it to fall slower, just use the "in-between" characters, F5 and F6 ...
